Brown's of Richmond provide the most wonderful experience of buying a car. Andy especially was a pleasure to deal with keeping me well informed along the way and providing extra support on the day of the sale. It was also lovely to meet Tim on the day we collected my beautiful red Tesla and hear how the EV experience available from Brown's came about. The extra knowledge and support in place when buying an EV was invaluable. We travelled from Staffordshire so the overnight stay at The Fleece was most welcome and it was a wonderful opportunity to explore the beautiful market town of Richmond. This was all part of the Brown's package of care which I think is a must to anyone new to EVs and if travelling from further afield. I would not hesitate in recommending Brown's to anyone looking at their cars. I and my partner would certainly look on their website first when looking to purchase another car. Buying my first Tesla from Brown's of Richmond has made this such a special and most memorable occasion.
