From start to finish, the process of buying my car was absolutely second to none.
Throughout the whole experience, the communication and support was fantastic. I even mentioned that the car was for my dog (:D) so upon collection, I was delighted to see that Michael had already put up the dog guard and neatly stored the parcel shelf away so that I could put him straight in. My private plates were also printed and ready to go on upon the return of the documents.
Not only is it a wonderful, easy process but it is also one in which you are treated as an individual... with nothing being too much trouble and each and every minor detail taken into consideration!
Michael even assisted me in setting up the BMW app so that my phone was linked to the car before even driving away.
The car was GLEAMING, smells amazing and was presented as if it was fresh out of the showroom.

Absolutely delighted with my car and even more delighted with the easy and personalised process.
