Such a pleasant experience trading in our car for a newer on. All the staff are so pleasant and cheerful, there is no sales pressure at all. They welcomed our dogs and gave them treats, offered us hot or cold drinks and biscuits. Such a lovely atmosphere, and brilliant prices for their cars which are all in great condition. Alex had so much patience with us today waiting for my partner to get into his email, we were there quite some time to be honest but he stayed friendly and chatted to us whilst it was sorted out and no pressure to rush. So helpful all of them and we left not only very happy, but with an invite to pop in any time and to call them if we have any questions or problems. Well and truly recommend them. Thank you
