I bought my first Tesla at Bowns of Richmond and wow what a great experience. Starting from the first contact to driving my Tesla home, service from the team has been exceptional and very welcoming. Due to being the first time Tesla owner, I had million of questions, which were answered with care and patience. While me and my daughter were there, we were well looked after and nourished with coffees and drinks.
All the team has been welcoming and great, but special thanks to Ian, Tim and Fraser.
Not only the service and communication has been excellent, the actual car I bought have been prepared to the highest standards with all possible tests, paperwork done quick and prepared for me to drive away on the completion day.
I am truly grateful for such an amazing experience, thank you Browns of Richmond. Highly recommend this place.
