My experience of Browns of Richmond was excellent. Your reception staff are very friendly and offered me a drink as soon as I arrived. I was then introduced to Lewis who took me to his desk and spent time answering all my questions (I’ve not had an electric car before and Tesla’s longevity in that market seemed like a logical choice to me). Lewis was very knowledgeable, explained the options etc. and at no point did I feel under pressure to buy anything. He then offered me a test drive which I took him up on. I have to see that within a few minutes of driving the Tesla I was sold and I told Lewis I wanted the car. Completing the paperwork was very straight forward and Lewis explained exactly what I was signing. The car was ready for me to collect when Lewis said it would be and I have been delighted with it ever since. If you asked me for marks out of 10 for my experience with Browns of Richmond, it would be a 10.
