Who doesn't dread shopping for a used car. Your most expensive purchase after your house but fraught with issues: miles between sales locations, dubious descriptions, hidden issues, false promises, etc and this search started no different, that was until I got in touch with Browns of Richmond. Initially I was concerned with the distance but I am glad I persevered. The website was slick with the vehicle blurb accurate to what I had researched - they clearly knew their stuff - and when I called I spoke to the MD, Fraser who was welcoming and helpful. My first choice had been sold within the space of searching and making a decision to call but fortunately Lewis was able to offer me another that was yet to be placed on Autotrader. Within 24 hours, Lewis had secured my confidence, I made the journey by train, was collected by one of their drivers who couldn't have been more friendly and completed the sale and drove home with an incredible, like new car. A trustworthy, knowledgeable, personal and friendly service from the onset which continued after sale by Lewis to check I was happy with everything and that I had got home safely.
