Andy knew I had travelled a fair distance to collect the car, so he made sure everything was prepared and ready to go when I arrived. The whole transaction was smooth, straightforward, and completely stress-free.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and welcoming, and the level of customer service was exceptional from start to finish.

I would highly recommend Browns of Richmond, even if you have to travel to get there. It was a fantastic car-buying experience that restored my confidence and showed me that not all dealerships are the same.
