From start to finish the team at browns of Richmond were fantastic. A very relaxed approach to car sales, never felt pressured into making a decision. This was my first experience of buying an EV and wasn't sure which one to go for, they have a wide range of EVs to choose from and Lewis (sales) was extremely knowledgeable and gave great and real world advice. Decision made, the process of PXing and collecting the car was effortless. I have visited and bought many cars from a wide range of dealers and my experience with Browns of Richmond is hands down the best yet, no pressure, great knowledgeable of the cars and fantastic sales/aftersale team. Special mention to Lewis who took care of us throughout the experience. Will 100% be using them again when its time to change.
