We were travelling from our home in the North East to meet up with friends who were holidaying in Hawes, when we had the misfortune to suffer a puncture when just outside of Richmond. A local resident noticing our distress directed us to the nearby industrial estate where we discovered Browns. Upon entering we were greeted by a very friendly lady on reception, who assured us that a tyre could be ordered and fitted that same day. As one of the other tyres on the car was showing signs of wear we opted to have two fitted. Our friends had to be contacted and plans had to be changed with them making the journey from Hawes to Richmond to meet up with us. We were offered seats in the reception area, and coffee and biscuits, even treats for our little dog whilst we waited. Our day was turned around and Browns helped make all this possible, as we were able to spend the day in nearby Richmond. We can't thank them enough and would highly recommend this company, as their customer service was second to none. If only there were more companies like this with the same work ethic.
