I was recommended by a neighbour to contact Browns of Richmond regarding my search for my first EV a Tesla Model 3.

As soon as i made contact I spoke to Lewis Baird who was very knowledgeable, polite and his customer service skills were second to none. He arranged an appointment with hi personally and arranged for me to test drive a number of vehciles to ensure that I was given the best options based on my requirements and my budget.

From that first phone call, to the day of collection and now to the present day I have had an excellent service from Lewis, he is really a credit to you team at Browns, tou can tell that he cares for his customers and takes that extra attention to make sure that any specific needs are met.

Any queries or concerns that I had were answered in a timely manner and with my needs and requirements at the forefront.

When my and my wife went to Browns centre we were immediately greated by a member of staff who took our names and showed us to a seating area whilst informing Lewis that we had arrived.

We were offered a hot or cold drink with lots of choice and also a biscuit which kept the little one happy.

I really felt like based on my experience from that first call to the collection day with Lewis that we were not a customer to them, we were part of the Browns family.

I cant highly recommend Browns enough based on the experience that I have had, and I have already recommended them to friends and family.
