After months of online searches for my first EV i kept getting drawn back to this company as the description of their cars seemed so much more detailed and informative and the quality of their fleet was evident in the images portrayed. I gave them a call and Spoke to Andy Crowther.
From the start he was very friendly, informative, and attentive to my needs and kept in contact via Whatsapp as i couldnt make the trip over for several days. He reserved me the car for a small refundable deposit and even picked up the bill for my Taxi from Darlington train station on arrival.
I travelled with my teenage daughter and on arrival they were very hospitable offering drinks and snacks, the whole experience and atmosphere was very relaxed and comforting. Within 10mins of arrival Andy had arranged a test drive and the young lad acompanying us was polite and very knowledgable about the car. This allowed me to fire numerous questions at him as it was my first experience of driving a Tesla.
Andy and his collegues were swift to set me up with my documents and Tesla App and gave me a rundown of the control screen and the car.
I was made to feel valued and looked after the whole time i was there. It was a unique experience and even my daughter couldnt believe that we were in a car showroom as she described it as being in hotel lobby being waited on by all the staff.
Thank you so much to Andy and your team for making this such a pleasant experience for both myself and my daughter.
