We first visited Browns for an MOT on our previous car and were immediately impressed upon the friendly professional staff and premises.

Upon collecting our car, I took a liking to one of their fleet of premium vehicles for sale. My husband called up to arrange a test drive and spoke with Ian, who was very accommodating throughout the entire process.

Both Ian and Michael were the staff members we dealt with. Ian being the salesman and Michael aiding with the finance side of the purchase.

From the test drive through to placing a deposit and finally collecting the staff at Browns were always polite and firmly on the side of the customer.
