 recently traded in my very loved Range Rover Velar for a Tesla Model Y at Brown's in Richmond. Alex who helped my husband and I with our purchase made us feel welcome and valued as customers. He was trustworthy and professional with a lovely friendly manner. He took the time to understand my needs and thoroughly explained why the car would be good for me, whilst also maintaining full honesty about all the features.
We had been to multiple garages before this and had been put off by the pushy sales (I've also found it very hard to part with a car I loved).
Alex was extremely knowledgeable about all the features of the car and gave us a very comprehensive demonstration, even making me feel comfortable whilst my hungry 5 month old baby cried through the entire demo.
I felt Alex was honest and transparent and didn't at all feel pushed in to a sale. I love my Tesla and I am so pleased I made the purchase. Just to note, all of the other staff were also warm and welcoming as we entered the office space. My husband and I will defo be back when we both are due our next car upgrades. Thank you
